2. This website
deliverpoint.app describes the DeliverPoint service, lets recipients look up a delivery with a tracking code, and lets you join a list to hear when DeliverPoint is available in your country. Using the website is free.
3. Tracking
Tracking information comes from the driver’s app. Arrival windows are estimates based on the driver’s live position and our road network; traffic, weather and the driver’s decisions can change them. A tracking page is not a guarantee of delivery time. Questions about a parcel’s contents, damage or loss go to the sender or the courier who delivers it — DeliverPoint is the software they use, not the carrier.
The demo code shown on this site follows a simulated driver on a real optimised route in Toronto; its recipients are synthetic.
4. Acceptable use
Do not try to guess or collect tracking codes, overload or probe the service, or use it to locate people. We rate-limit lookups and may block abusive traffic.
5. Paid plans
Prices for Pro and Team will be published in Canadian dollars on the pricing page before paid plans open, with applicable taxes shown at checkout. Nobody is charged without choosing a paid plan. Service terms for app accounts are shown when you create an account.
6. Content and trademarks
Maps: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Address data contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Canada. Competitor names on the comparison page are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify their products; that information comes from their public pages on the date shown.
7. Liability
We provide the website with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded, including in Quebec.
8. Law
If you are a consumer, the law and courts of your place of residence apply. Otherwise Spanish law applies and the courts of Palma de Mallorca have jurisdiction.
